Blueprints API

Blueprints have their own section now, and everything that was on this page is in it:

• Blueprint reference — the envelope, the fifteen brick kinds, the archive, every diagnostic code, and the wire shapes for validate, plan and the six install-ledger routes.
• Install a blueprint — the four steps, and the permission each one asks for.
• Update and uninstall — what a second install does, and what removing one leaves behind.
• Blueprints — the section index, if you are new to them.

Nothing is duplicated here on purpose: one page owns each of those answers, so this one cannot drift from it.
